The start of our journey is Finalpia, from the Abbey of Benettini Fathers, built in 1486, in which even today dominate the spirit of friendliness and peace.
Visitors can enjoy this quiet place and taste the honey produced by the monks.

The Finale area is also proposed as a favorite destination for lovers of good food and good wine: its typical products are the pride of the local cuisine, and can also be purchased in many local shops.
Among the wines, stand out D.O.C. Vermentino, Pigato, Rossese, and the two I.G.T granaccia and Lumassina. There are also local breweries producing very good beer.
Point 3

Plus all the local territory will offer delicious dishes of tradition and innovation.
Point 4
After talking about food and delicacies, you can get to know one of the “Nicest villages in Italy”: Finalborgo. It is an architectural and historical jewel within a walking distance from the sea that enchants with its medieval setting. Finalborgo, the ancient Burgum Fiunarii, has ben for several centuries the capital and administrative center of the Marquis Del Carretto from Finale. It is strategically located at the confluence of Pora and Aquila rivers.
In Finalborgo it is possible to find many artscrafts' laboratories and small shops selling typical local products.
Every year on the last weekend of August Finalborgo becomes the setting of an important historical commemoration called ”Viaggio nel Medioevo”, thanks to which the village is twinned with Portugal.
