In One Among the "most beautiful villages in Italy", Finalborgo, a splendid Medieval  village dating back to 1000 dC, you can find several Restaurants among which one called “ Ai Torchi “, in which you can enjoy local recipes based on fish. The restaurant is located in a historic building, an ancient mill, in which  you can admire beautiful vaults and an old olive press dating back the the beginning of the 17th,  from which the restaurant takes its  name.
