After 25 years of activity ,  the owner of Restaurant Ai Torchi created  I Torchietti , a smaller restaurant in which it is possible to taste simple recipes, belonging to the Ligurian tradition. Here, as well as in the main  restaurant, you can admire the millstone and the press both dating back to the ' 600 , which are the symbols of the restaurants.
