The Chapel of Sant'Antonio Abate al Monte, belonging to Finalpia parish of N. S. Assunta and S. Giacomo, is located along the road that climbs from Finalpia to the plateau of Manie, in a panoramic position. It is dedicated to Abbot Anthony, patron saint of animals, commemorated on the Sunday following January 17th.

In the interior two fine low reliefs of Albissola school portray the Saint with the animals and Mary with the Child. Two wooden statues depict Saint Sebastian and Saint Teresa from Lisieux. The triangular shaped bell tower is one of the rare examples in Liguria.
