The farm is located close to the sea, in a typical Mediterranean building probably dating back to the 17th century, surrounded by a vast olive grove on the picturesque hills of Finale Ligure. During the summer evenings it is a pleasure to stroll on the terrace shaded by citrus and olive trees with a stunning sea-view.
Typical recipes which can be tasted locally: vegetable ravioli, pesto, mandilli (kind of pasta), tomaxelle.
How to get there: Highway A10 , exit at Finale Ligure , reach Finalpia then follow the direction for Le Manie, after 2 Km take the junction for la Selva.
Opening time: from March to November on weekends. July and August every evening and Holidays.
Productions: poultry (chickens, rabbits). Oil, citrus fruits and wine.
